The Saw VI Facebook fan page has released two new images from the film: one of Tobin Bell as series villain Jigsaw, and one of Peter Outerbridge, who plays William Easton, a main character in the new film. Tobin Bell and Shawnee Smith will both appear in flashbacks in the new film, and according to trailers, Saw VI is more topical than previous films, revolving around members of a health insurance company. Jigsaw is apparently a proponent of health care reform. President Obama, are you listening?

That time is approaching – “If it’s Halloween, it’s Saw!” Yeah, it’s a cheesy gimmick, but it totally works for the franchise. Saw guarantees asses in seats every year, and I’ve been known to occasionally make an appearance. I haven’t seen the last two in the theaters, instead opting to wait for the DVD release the following January each year. It’s just such a quick turn around, and more convenient for me since everyone goes to see Saw, and the theater is often packed with unruly teenagers in …

Courtesy of Bloody Disgusting comes a wonderful trailer for the upcoming new Halloween film from Rob Zombie. The trailer reveals quite a bit, which is likely why it was ultimately held back. I won’t go so far as to say it serves up any spoilers, but it provides some really sweet insights into what we can expect from the film, and what some of the big differences are to Zombie’s first outing in the franchise. Check it out and be sure to leave your comments.

EXCLUSIVE: BrutalAsHell talks to Captain Clegg from the upcoming Rob Zombie film H2 about the movie and the full-blown record, Captain Clegg and the NightCreatures!
by MATT BARNETTE | July 28, 2009
One thing is for certain: as far as musical alter-ego’s go, the transformation from a barn-burning Telecaster igniting shredder who’s played with everyone from Johnny Cash to Social Distortion into an undead psychobilly down at the Zombie-A-Go-Go doesn’t seem like too huge of a leap, at least not for Jesse Dayton a.k.a. Captain Clegg. Dayton’s performance as Clegg — backed …
