News just broke late last night (at least for those of us on the East Coast) that Adam Green’s Hatchet 2 has been picked up by Dark Sky Films with the intent of turning the films into the next big horror franchise. Clearly Slipknot has matured a bit from their early nu-metal antics of the late 90′s. They just debuted their full video for Snuff yesterday and I must say it’s pretty impressive. Snuff, the fifth single from All Hope is Gone is a creepy and highly stylized mind-bending video with Lynchian elements sure to please both fans of the band and horror. The video features horror icons Malcolm McDowell (most recently of Halloween fame) and Ashley Laurence, who you remember from the Hellraiser films.
