‘Tokyo Gore Police’ Plus ‘Geisha Versus Ninja’ Equals ‘Gothic And Lolita Psycho’

If you’re confused I don’t blame you. Let’s just take it slow and add up that equation above. You take the director of Geisha Versus Ninja (Go Ohara) and put him with Tokyo Gore Police effects maestro Yoshihiro Nishimura and what you’ll get is a new upcoming film called Gothic and Lolita Psycho. We got the word totally second hand via Twitch, that this project is classified as wrapped and is what Todd Brown described as “a hardcore splatter picture riffing on the Japanese loligoth culture”. Todd, you had me sold at splatter pic.
So what do we have? Not much at the moment. Just the poster to the side and a simplistic synopsis…
Gothic and Lolita … the fashion reflects her dark and childish mentality. YUKI, the heroine, saw her mother killed by cruel gangs. She vows revenge! Knock off the enemies with her transformable umbrella. So gorgeous and so savage…
Who killed mother? What the hell are the gangs? What is the truth and purpose that father knows? Her coming terrible destiny is going with the dead bodies.
You wanna know what I think? Who cares? I just got off the phone earlier with Creep Creepersin and we were chatting about all sorts of things, to include those Japanese Pink Violence films of the 70′s. To me, I hear something like this and I automatically think Terrifying Girls’ High School Lynch Law Classroom meets the brazen insanity of Tokyo Gore Police. This film is going to be sick as fuck. Whether or not it’s actually good remains to be seen.
