I just made this tonight for dinner. Mmm.. mmm. I've made Spaghetti hundreds of times, but never baked it. Now I'm converted. But check it out. I'm a father of three and need to make dinner in a flash. Because when the mini's are hungry they don't want to wait for two hours. So I cheated and didn't make the homemade sauce. But I'm not a huge proponent of crap out of a jar. So I went with Newman's "Sockarooni", which comes loaded with flavor. I added diced garlic, red onions, mushrooms, and peppers to the mix to beef it up a bit. Other than that I stuck to formula Shannon so illustriously laid out for us, except - I also used fresh hamburger. Now for that Cat In the Brain! Superb line-up. Another home run Shannon!
