The Keep comes to mind, but good effin' luck finding that (and its a $30 VHS tape at best), and the upcoming Dead Snow. But really, how many feature length releases have gone into depth here? I'd love to see a major studio release about occult Nazi's personally. Marvel Comics and the Red Skull lead me to believe it could be pretty awesome.
