A Call-Out to Horror Filmmakers: ‘Horror in Short’ Wants You

We know there are a ton of horror filmmakers out there and BrutalAsHell.com wants to hear from you. This past week I had a great time posting a handful of short horror films in our newly minted ‘Horror In Short’ film fest. Whether it was being able to post a film in its entirety, or just being able to give a review, like a zombie craves brains we want more!
What we’re looking for is fairly simple… short films that range from a few minutes up to fifty minutes or so. Just nothing feature length. The subject matter/sub-genre is arbitrary. So long as it can generally be classified as horror then we’re good. If you have the short hosted online via a site like Vimeo that would be even cooler. The more we can do to help share your film with the world is our goal. While proper film fests are all fine and dandy we find it a real shame that so many high quality shorts are never seen by the people who would appreciate them the most.

Any pertinent info should be included including press releases, stills, or posters, and of course a link to your short (if hosted online). If you don’t have it hosted, but would like us to review your short that’s cool too. Send us an email and we’ll swap out details. And for the love of god… spread the word. We’re horror people, so more than most we know the power of making it viral!
