‘The Violent Kind’ Added to Sundance 2010 Midnight Schedule

Bad ass bikers and zombi-esque rockabillies? The Violent Kind, You had me at hello. We just learned that The Violent Kind, the evil spawn of the ‘The Butcher Brothers’, who you may know as the director of The Hamiltons, have just got their film accepted to Sundance for a midnight screening. Right now we don’t know too much about the film other than it promises loads of nasty gore, and will likely feature a kick ass rockabilly soundtrack to complement some gut munching grindhouse style killings.
Official Synopsis: One night at a secluded farmhouse deep in the Northern California woods, a small group of hardened young bikers and their girlfriends are tormented when one of the girls becomes savagely possessed and a gang of “Rockabillies” seemingly from the 1950’s descends upon them to collect what is growing inside her.
We also got our hands on some very cool non-watermarked stills. So fuckin’ enjoy one on us.
