Happy Holidays to All!

Well I could insert a snarky line of Christmastime horror, but it’s Christmas Eve and I’m feeling a bit like Bill Murray after he got Scrooged. I’d like to just simply thank everyone out there who’s reading this for a wonderful year. We’re coming to the close of our first year online here at BrutalAsHell.com. This site officially launched on January 1, 2009 and I just made sure all of our bills were paid up so we can continue rocking this party well into 2010 and beyond.
I feel like we’ve come a long way over our first year. Not but a few days ago we broke our 1000th post and are in high gear to continue that pace into 2010. But as I look back over the year I realize that we’ve managed to do much more than to build a simple website. Somehow we’ve managed to contribute to the growing horror community and in doing so we’ve picked up some great friends both in staff members and amongst the community at large. I’ve personally been writing horror film reviews now for about five years. It’s only been the past year where I feel like I’ve become part of a larger “scene”.
We’ll be taking a couple days off here at Brutal As Hell to be with our families and enjoy the holiday. We hope you do the same.
