‘Christmas Evil’ to Get 30th Anniversary Screenings

I have to post this. There’s just no way around it. Christmas Evil is bar none my favorite Christmas horror slasher film of the season. It’s a John Waters-esque cautionary tale that should be viewed by every child and unbelieving adult at Christmastime, and though shockingly light on the gore, it’s flat out loads of fun. That’s right, you better watch out, because if you’re naughty Santa is comin’ to getcha!
For some of you lucky folks who live in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Austin TX, you can celebrate the 30th Anniversary of this cult favorite with some really sweet ass 35mm screenings on the big screen. And for those of you in LA, Writer/Director Lewis Jackson and lead actor Brandon Maggart (Harry) will be in attendance to introduce the film and screen some rare outtakes following the feature. Pretty sweet, yeah?
