If you’re like me, you didn’t watch Spike TV’s 2009 Scream Awards. I’m not here to bash televised awards for horror films, but the truth is that most of the movies they hand out statues to are just plain awful (ahem, those sparkly vampire movies everyone’s got their panties twisted about). But what if there were a magical place where, with just the click of a button, you can find videos of the things that happen during those underwhelming awards shows? Oh, right. We have the internet. Good thing for us, then, because during last night’s Scream Awards, Spike TV premiered a new trailer for Shutter Island.

Martin Scorsese’s latest film was supposed to premiere this month, but due to some money management issues, Paramount pushed in back to February. Watch the new trailer below, and while you’re at it, check out my interview with supporting actor Curtiss Cook.
