Freddy Krueger Unveiled – First Look at the New Face of Nightmare on Elm Street

Well, it’s been the post heard round the internet today, at least in horror circles.  Today we got our first look at Jackie Earle Haley as the new face of Freddy Krueger and boy was it worth waiting for.

Wait a second.  No it wasn’t.  To be frank, it wasn’t worth jack shit.  I had a better idea what he’d look like when a press announcement when out stating it would be Haley, and attaching a photo of the actor himself.  Fuck, our imaginations could construct a better “glimpse” than this piece of trash photo.  In all actuality I could go so far as to tell you that’s not Haley at all, but me.  And who the hell would know the difference?

So, if you haven’t seen it yet… feast your eyes for all it’s worth, because it ain’t worth much.
