Oh hell yeah, you know it.  Showtime is ramping up for their upcoming fourth season of Dexter and we have an extended preview trailer for what will hopefully be a tension ridden season.  Dexter now has his child and is juggling work, fatherhood, with his “dark passenger”.  John Lithgow takes to task opposite Dexter this season as the Trinity Killer.
