We’re fans of John Carpenter, and I for one sure as hell love the work of photographer/filmmaker Mike Pecci.  What do they have to do with each other?  Well, let’s see if we can connect the dots.  There’s word floating around out there that John Carpenter is getting into the director’s chair with a film called THE WARD.  THE WARD is psychological horror flick written by the Rasmussen brothers.  The Rasmussen brothers also just penned their next project, which also takes place in an insane asylum, called DARK FEED.  

So, Mike  Pecci, who we’ve covered a couple of his short films (COLD HARD CASH, and CAPTURE DEVICE) shot me an email with a new one sheet for the upcoming DARK FEED.  The one sheet features the his excellent photography and word has it that Pecci has also just been chosen as cinematographer for this upcoming film. The film is still in pre-production, so not much else to report on besides a cool one-sheet, a slick concept, and a talented crew of writers/directors, and now cinematographer.  We’ll keep you updated as more news becomes available!
