And now for some more news from Halo 8… Earlier today we re-reported about the upcoming North American release of Adam Wingard’s POP SKULL via Halo 8.  Now comes news that Halo 8 has just picked up IN A SPIRAL STATE for worldwide distribution. The indie film from director Ramzi Abed (THE DEVIL’S MUSE) stars Bianca Barnett (pictured to the left and interviewed HERE) and is a veritable mindfuck of a film. “Ramzi’s new film is a mindbending meditation on Hollywood self-destruction, angelic interventions, and psychedelic string theory,” says Halo-8 president Matt Pizzolo.

Anyone who has seen THE DEVIL’S MUSE can certainly attest to the art house direction Abed brings to a film. This one sure isn’t going to be a thriller for the hack n’ slash crowd, but will likely appeal towards a more art horror crowd.  Check out the extended promo clip below.
